Question 1

Do I need previous experience to go canyoning?

Accepted Answer

Not for every route. Each adventure has its own requirements, and our guides teach the techniques you need during the briefing. Tell us your experience level when you request a booking and we will recommend the right canyon.

Question 2

Is canyoning safe?

Accepted Answer

It is an adventure activity with inherent risk, managed with technical equipment, guide-led procedures and a full safety briefing. Guides can modify or cancel a route when conditions require it.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear closed trainers or hiking shoes with good grip—never open-toe shoes. Bring comfortable clothing, a small backpack, a reusable water bottle, waterproof protection for electronics and a change of clothes and footwear when appropriate.

Question 4

Does the activity include insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every person who purchases one of our activities is covered by an individual insurance policy during the experience.

Question 5

Do you offer private tours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private adventures are available for couples, families, friends and corporate groups.

Question 6

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Choose an adventure, send a booking request with your date and group, and we reply with availability, the full plan and a secure payment link.

Question 7

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Canyons change with water levels. If conditions are not safe we propose an alternative route or a new date.

Question 8

Do you speak English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our adventures run in English and Spanish.

Question 9

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Rates depend on the route, group size and whether the adventure is shared or private. We confirm the amount when we answer your booking request.
